Flexible Gear Couplings (BZ)

Description

R+W flexible gear couplings are made from high strength steel. It consist of hubs with keyway mounting. Optional DIN 916 set screw for locking down onto shaft key. Flexible gear couplings has crowned geometry of gearing which as a result gives a long life even without the presence of misalignment.
Flexible gear couplings has very high power density. It requires only less maintenance.
It is very economical. The precise integration of the coupling hub and intermediate flange allow for low backlash and highly rigid torque transmission, while compensating for lateral, axial, and angular shaft misalignment.
