Conversion simplified

Even on a 10: 1 scale, conversions to a turbine impeller are only possible with an enormous amount of time because the components are very heavy. A conversion on the bridging between the drive shaft and the turbine hub can occupy two employees for two days.

The PTO shaft can also compensate for axial, angular and radial shaft misalignments. As a side effect, it optimizes the torsional vibration behavior so that the measurement results are better and more accurate. An R + W customer was able to design and use his test bench much more effectively.
A solution for every test procedure
Transmission test stands are usually measured to scale, often under extreme conditions. To ensure that the expensive measuring flanges are not damaged in the event of an overload, safety couplings can ensure safe disconnection from the drive. If two different gears with different loads are tested on a measuring stand, a safety coupling with double flange connection can protect both.
